I recently found out I have life threatening scirosses
Scott46
OMG, I'm so sorry. Do you have more tests to do? A treatment plan?
scrapdog
there are no more test...I have changed everything I can..I am forced to stay home with all the health risk loose in our country today...the walls are closing in on me as I wait to be placed in line for a possible transplant.
Scott46
Well hopefully its still high priority so they wouldn't delay the transplant because of the virus. With nothing to do but hope and pray for a match, I would be going crazy with the stress. Do you have family and/or friends to talk to and lean on during this time? Maybe some counseling? Support groups for transplant patients?

I have bad vericose veins on my legs and feet...my liver issues are making them swell and throb...I am in constant pain..I am on pain meds but they are not even slowing the pain I am in.. I am going to a veon specialist in a week to hopefully resolve some of this leg pain...
Scott46
Tough situation. I was going to suggest getting out for a walk, especially if there's a park near by. But it sounds like the pain would be a problem. And getting lost in some good books might be hard if the pain is a distraction. Okay, as a safety net, if things get seriously depressing, try calling one of the suicide hotlines. It turns out they will talk to anyone in emotional distress. You don't have to be suicidal. I know it sounds extreme but it is a resource to keep in mind.
