Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Like you, I never believed it was possible to experience such bitter lonliness and pointlessness in my life until then. One day dragged into the next for almost 7 months until I grew a pair of balls and did what some people said was pure madness - I released my daughter's inheritance from my husband's estate. i.e. my house, so that she could move in with me and start a new life here. It was pure karma that they were needing a home and a fresh start, so I truly believe that my hub was still guiding and protecting me from over the rainbow.
Although my grieving will never leave me, I am in a better place now and know that your feelings of hopelessness will dissolve into renewed hope if you allow them to.
Many blessings and toasty hugs.
The pain of loss is overwhelming and we need to grieve for us to cope and heal. Grieving is painful but necessary and there is no timetable. Some people grieve for few months, some take years. When my mother passed away, it took me a year to grieve. I want to encourage you to cry when you feel lonely, it will help you to feel better.
I pray that you will have peace and strength as you go through this season. Update us please, we are here for you. take care and God bless.
