Well....I'm having a hard time with our local news right now, actually.
I'm afraaid to post my anxiety because I don't want to cause triggers.

It is just so horrific and graphic and it triggers me to another horrific and graphic murder of my friend, years ago.

I'm just not reading the national news stories or the local news stories right now.

I'm on here more today because of it I think.

Death is what happens when your coping mechanisms fail.ability to cope with illness, depression or just life, we die naturally because of a failure of coping mechanism. through illness or age. Or by choice because you body cannot cope with whatever your chosen method of suicide is, poison, bullet, asphyxiation, blood letting.

thats not completely mine, i read the first line sonewhere so can't claim it but can't credit the author as don't remember where it was or when it was i read it.
