Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Often solutions to your problems are around the next corner. You really can't see them from where you are. Often you don't have to do anything to fix them, the answer shows up and the problem is solved. other times you do have to fix them. But you always have time.
You always have time to figure it out. So hold Brain at arm's length, tell Brain to tai ho and back off.
You'll get through this and you'll be stronger for it. xx
