I really can't stop thinking about this. I have to figure out a way to tell another associate whom I get along well with that I am changing positions. It's really not as easy as it sounds :/ She can be happy one min then the next min screaming. Although it's usually just the aggravation of our job never at me. I have been working with her for about 6 months now, we are in the stock room, we work well together to find solutions for issues that arise daily, and we get along really well. The issue is sometimes the job is really physically demanding and they really use me there. They have me doing everything and wanting me to get my own work done. basically I am sick of getting shit on in this position. I am just waiting for the manager to give his finally ok for the position, but we had already had a conversation... it's like pulling teeth at this place. The person who is lead of this had wanted me to work with her and she is a very nice person who stays on top of her job. Right now in my position I can never get ahead plus its earlier hours and that's what I need at the moment. Anyways.. how do I tell the person i am going to another position with out her flipping out on me??? why do i feel bad for leaving her behind??? when at one point she was trying to get a different position but couldn't get it... been stressing for days over this please help!!!
