my boyfriend of 5 years broke up with me about a week ago. He already has someone new. I’ve been trying to deal with this as best as I know how but I don’t know if I can live with this. I cry everyday. I don’t eat. I can’t sleep. And I’ve had thoughts of suicide. Multiple times. I don’t know what to do. Or how to deal with it. I feel like there is no relief in anything. And I’m just stuck.

dont worry, its not hard to find men. they are everywhere, and they are the horniest creatures on the planet. . all the single ones are looking for woman friends. Its a no brainer.. just hang in the right spot and you will find more then you need. just list the traits your looking for and look where men like that hang and hang there. its just like fishing but your the bait.know your fishing holes and cast your bait in there work the bait a little see if you get a bite.finding a man is just like fishing. the principles are the same.. fish where the fish hang and use the right bait.

I’m deeply sorry to here that. I too had the same situation about a year ago. But I broke up with him I knew it had to be done. The hardest part about moving on is..letting go. Letting go of every memory, every word, every broken promise, every fulfilled promise, every “I love you”, and every “forever”. But you have to stay strong! There is someone out there for you who will be sure of you and who will make you feel like the only girl in the world. Hearing how he moved on quickly he mostly likely wasn’t worth more of your time so in a way it could be a blessing in disguise. You are a strong beautiful woman and the world is your oyster. If you need someone to talk to you can talk to me

AMS, your heart is broken. I have sometimes had to sort depression from grief. Right now you are grieving, and in a very raw stage of it. Not only is he gone, but the future you believed in. Their are groups here to get support from others dealing with break ups. Many of us are in more than one group, so stay here and join others. Comforting hugs.

I can understand your pain. 5 years is a long time. People may have told you this already but better you find out now than later. Yes you've already invested 5 years of your life into this relationship however I believe we can always take something positive away from every relationship we find ouselves in. The fact that he has someone new so quickly doesn't really mean anything. I believe men are more afraid of being alone than we are and don't really handle it well. No matter how the break-up occurred, you would still feel this pain so don't worry, he is not the only fish in the sea. Take this time that you have to yourself and work on being happy and single. You can be alone and not feel lonely. Don't let 1 break-up keep you from enjoy the wonderful treasures out there waiting for you to discover them.
