Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Hello everyone! I just thought I'd let everyone know that the post I made a few days ago (Titled "Failure"). that whole situation, has been resolved. I talked to my friend and apparently she didn't see the text I sent, which is why she never talked about it or brought it up. I was freaking out because I vividly remember saying that to her. I hadn't remembered being callous about it, but I remembered saying it. Apparently another one of her friends was callous and said the exact same thing that I did and she was talking about her in her post that she made. So everything is good, our friendship is great, and I am okay. The crisis has been averted. I am really grateful for all the support everyone gave me. It really helped me to stay away from the blade and to actually talk to her about the whole situation. We are actually going to college together, if I didn't already mention that in my previous post, and are going to be hanging out a lot over the next couple of weeks. Another one of my friends reached out to me recently and is wanting to hang out, so I am trying to surround myself in my friends and with people who actually care about me and know what it's like feel like I did because both of these friends are suffering from depression. They get it and it's really great to be able to talk to someone who has been there. Again, so grateful for all your support. Love you guys :)

It's National Doughnut Day!Which three would you like? (never mind the calories, fat, or sugar content; just go with what you would pick if none of that mattered and whatever health issues you might have that would keep you from eating one in real life can be cast aside for this exercise as well... have at it!)
