I need to get through this night. Just tonight for now, I can't even begin to think about tomorrow yet. But I need help.

Hey April, sorry you are feeling so down. If you need to call a crisis hotline they will just talk ,no worries.

Had a bad day, having a really bad night. Probably connected to the appointment with my counselor today. Just trying to make it through without doing something I'll regret later.
And I don't think I'm going to be calling anyone. Last time I did that they somehow got my info and called the police who brought me to the hospital.
