Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I really truly care if you live or die. I want you to live! And I want you to thrive! You are a unique and special person with an important purpose. You may not know you have the purpose yet but we all have one. Have you looked into getting counseling? Having someone to vent to about your aggression and feelings may very well help you out of them. Have you seen a doctor about things that could be going on physically that may be happening to cause this? Hormones can cause aggression. I have several hormone imbalances due to my lyme disease and I sometimes have rage and not even sure why. To me it is frustrating to not know why I am mad! I was put on synthroid and a pill to lower my testosterone level and boy it made a difference. I also take antidepressants for a chemical imbalance thanks to lyme again! Although I have been suicidal in the past I did reach out to several people in a professional capacity to help me. I did benefit from it. I found a site that can provide free consultations and referral to counselors in your area. Here is the link http://bit.ly/2iXuxgi.
I will be keeping you in my thoughts. Do you happen to have any religious affiliation? I find my faith gives me great strength. There is a suicide hotline that you may want to reach out to if you start feeling down. You can call them or speak to them online. The link is:
