I'd ask your Dr. If you don't want to then I suppose take half a pill a day (if you can cut them up) for two weeks then one every other day for two weeks?

I tried two other types before settling on Effexor. Maybe you just need a different type to make you feel better. Some people build up a resistance to them. If you want to stop taking them altogether, maybe taking one every other day for a while would work? See how it goes. You might feel OK without them. If not go back to the Dr.

Hi, You did not mention how long you have been on Prozac? Its a must to ask your Doctors advise. You would not want to have a relapse, believe me that's no fun. You may need to change your medication to something else, if this is not helping your condition.
