I have a little serious issue...This cat cries nonstop outside my apartment all day and night long...People throw bread out the window at it, kids play wiff it...But it doesn't seem to have a home. I can't really tell because no one puts collars on there pets around here. I keep crying over it, because just when I can calm my nerves and get on with my day, it starts to cry again. This also drives my indoor cat bonkers. My mum says even though she don't want a cat...She would consider taking it if it's homeless...If I make a poster, what should it say? And is it appropriate to only give a email address for contact?

Probably its owner wouldnt care if you just adopted the cat without saying anything.
I just learned that when a cat is yeowling really loudly all the time that is an indication of deafness!

Never heard the deafness one!!!!! My old cat used to yeow all the time sometimes if I was out of the room or if driving him to the vet's and in his cat carrier. No sign of deafness!
