Which probably needed doing. I do feel I'm much more sound and I am much more solid on this side of the nervous breakdown than I was on the other side. Like a nation after an earthquake: the ground is more stable even though nobody ever knew it wasn't, before.
and crying? do it! There's nothing wrong with it. You've got three swimming pools of tears to get out of you, you may as well let them out. Once they're out, that's it.

This is the thing. It's finite. You've had some kind of jam in your life and not done your crying. so it's sitting there, waiting for you. It's great that you're alone, because you don't want to be doing that in public do you.
So here you are, in the perfect situation (alone) to do the thing your body requires, which is cry it all out. You're doing well. You're in the perfect spot.
You might have another year of this, or maybe only six months. But it's going to be over when it's over and not a minute before. So you may as well roll with it. :)
And take up one hobby. Quilting? Rollerblading? Fencing? Just the one. :) Always be learning something at any time in your life. It keeps you on solid ground.
