Seems like your emotional side is having a lot of effect on your sleeping , people with depression usually have problems to sleep or feel like theres no rest after waking up , that is something you will overcome when you start to improve your emotional side
You said all you been thinking about is cutting yourself
but what you should be really thinking about is how to heal yourself from your wounds , the ones in your heart
I dont know when your depression began and the reasons for it
but you should keep in mind that you should have your own reasons to rise up agaisnt all of it , life will always give you reasons to give up on things and stop fighting
You should be wise and not fall for that
dont let yourself go by the situations in your life , past or present
you should be directing yourself where to go
You said you wish you could go back in time and change everything , well you cant go back in time but you can change everything in your present and build a better future for yourself

You can't go back in time but you can see your doctor about antidepressant medication so you can go forward in time again. I'm sorry you feel like hell, even to the point of self-injury. This is very serious now, and its essential that you get the help you need asap.
Why are you so positive and encouraging? Isnt she in enough pain and fear already.. Predicting that it can go into psychosis? Come on!
What is your medical degree in? Because even a medical doctor does NOT have a crystal bal.
