I'm with u...let's go kidnap phil and take him for a long long ride...hahahahahaha!!! Just kiddin, I love Phil, saw him in person once. I have snow here too...about 3 inches or so...and it's only 23 degrees...yuck!!!!!

Actually, he lives in a small cage thing that has a window to the outside and u can look in at him...sort of like a zoo animal...I kinda felt sorry for him. That was back in 94 or 95 and I hope they have changed the environment for the poor bastard...that's it!!!...maybe if we freed Phil, he would give us an early spring for real next year!!! Hahahahahahahahaha....
