Some key history points-July 28 coworker gets mad at me, one-boss blames me for not getting a network installed fast enough, within 12 hours, and there fore the same coworker was not getting a raise and had to eat cat food. Result I took a week of medical leave.
September 11, I was told by same boss that I was wasting company money, damaging the office and not keeping my area clean enough. Result-called main boss, her husband, told him I did not like being blamed for thing I have not done. He said I was taking it wrong.
September 12, Without provocation she started a conversation by saying I Want to clear the air. She went on to say the phone call was childish and I was acting like a kindergartener. Result, filed complaint with EOCC, did not meet criteria.
September 19,20 she was rude and mean, Wednesday went to boss he told me how to talk to her.
Now the horror, I had a BIG meeting with a client and two of my bosses, at two, to finish working out the design. I planned to leave between 3 and 3:30. The meeting took longer than expected, till 3:00, at which point my one boss, the owner had to leave for a weekend vacation. Which he rarely does. I told our newly hired Operations Manager, who has been there two weeks and is one of my three bosses, that I would be leaving shortly. I had already logged in 41.75 hours when I left Thursday night and there was no reason for me being there.
At 3:25, he called me to his office. Apparently, even though I have been taking their crap, them verbally assaulting me, calling me names and what not, I have been bringing my personal issues to work. Hell, I would not have insomnia or depression if it were not for the damn job. I tell my therapists I love my job hate my work environment. He also said that I have been a disruption to the company by singing and having out bursts. I DO NOT SING, not in the shower, not in public. He also claims that I am immature. He also pointed out early that day someone peed on the bathroom floor and they blame me. The conversation went on to complain about my attendance, I have logged in at least 40 hours for the past three months, except last week when I was out a day sick. I did my best in the conversation, but it is too much.
I then called my boss who by that time was at the airport, I figure he ruined my weekend I will destroy his. I told him I wanted to make two things clear, one that having the guy do the meeting was inappropriate and that as soon as he got back I wanted to talk about my future with the company. He cut me off saying that I was acting insane and that I would have to get sane to have a future with the company. I said the conversation was over and hung up.
So I have cleared out my office, photographed the offices, copied all my hour sheets and the summary sheets from everyone, I have already been printing out email conversations to show what I have been doing, I copied my personal record and will be coping pages from our job books showing what I have done and numerous times subcontractors have had issues with the big bosss attitude. I will be filing a small claims suit against the SOB Monday for damages to character, hostile work environment, verbal assault and money I have spent for the company. See how he likes getting back from a weekend of fishing to an all out WAR!
Does anyone have any comments or suggestions, I would love to hear them.

How long have you been with the company? If it's more than a year, you can apply for an intermittent leave under the FMLA. This will force them to comply with your therapy schedule and, if they don't, will further help you in a suit against them. Good luck to you. Keep us posted.
Take care
