I want to just drink my problems away and then go and cut myself till I pass out or fall asleep. I'm underage and only 16years old but still I want to drink and then cut again. I'm just done! I'm so suicidal and just completely done with everything. I'm going back to therapy to start back up, during the middle of May and honestly I don't think I can make it till then. I'm so suicidal and want to cut and drink or take a bottle of pills. Wow I'm so messed up guys. Crying. Sorry about this rant thing. I just need to let this out to people who understand.

it is so difficult to stop addictions. you need tons of support and professional help. before you do any real damages call a suicide hotline. they are there all the time and most of them really care for your safety and well being. cutting till you fall asleep is very scary to me. please try not to do that. get professional help any way you can. some centers even offer free help if money is a problem. you have to get to work finding help, right now. the internet is a great source for finding help. the most important thing is to not ever GIVE UP. don't stop searching until you find someone who can help you. make it your project instead of drinking and cutting. I know you want help today so be strong and find it, also stay in this site and help others when you can give some help. your new friend from florida mark

Everyone is here for you. You're not alone. So many people at this very moment are going through the same thing as you. Trust me, I've felt the same way as you before. Considering life and all....but the people we would hurt if we did that. You're stronger than this. Therapy will help. You're only 16....you have so much more to life you don't even know yet <3 I like to think that when I hit rock bottom there's only going up from there

Guys I just can't do this. I'm never happy anymore. I cut again last night but it was only 5 tiny cuts and I didn't go that deep. I just...I can't win this fight anymore. I also took 3x as much of my nortryptaline medicine as I should have and now I got a pounding migraine. I'm just so done...I can't fight anymore guys...

You need to get help right away. It sounds like you need to be hospitalized. Can you talk to your parents about this? If not talk to the guidance counselor at your school. Don't wait. Take action right away.

I agree with Heidiclark. You can't wait until May to see a therapist. You need professional help immediately. If you don't get immediately, please call the suicide hotline. Your life is worthy living and you have your whole life a head of you. Continue to talk with us on this site. Everyone is here for you.

I can't talk to my parents. Or my guidance counselor. For various reasons. They don't know I'm overdosing anyways. I don't even do it that much anyways. Basically just once a month at the maximum.

I understand talking to someone about a problem like this can be difficult but you should know going through it alone is even harder I also know you can't simply stop even if you want to but you could always try, try. you'll see that things can and will get better and yes it will take time but take all the time you need just don't give up there are many people here hoping to help many who care so don't give up

if it is this bad ...than you schould see your family doctor ..and just tell him how things are and think about going into hospital ........my grandaughter had to be admitted to hospital for depreshion .......she saw a phicatrist right away ......and you tell them exactualy how it is so they can help you ...my grandaughter was also underage ......she was in the hospital three weaks ...they found the right meds for her and she is now doing much better ...sometimes we just can't do it by our selves we need some help ...................the phicatrist ... keepes what you tell him between the two of you ..unless you say diferant .....so your parents don't have to know what you are telling him or her ...................somthing to think about ..especualy if it is as dificult as you are talking about it is ....you need some kind of help ......I am keeping you in my prayers .....

Don't give up, we are here for you.. There are suicidal hotlines you can call, you don't have to go through this alone, you can even call 911 if it gets to the point where you feel that you are going to harm yourself, what about calling your therapist and talking to them about what you are dealing with now, telling them you can't wait. I am praying for you and I am praying that you have the courage to call someone to get some help.
