Hello. I haven't posted on here in a while. I just need some help on what to do. So first of all, I butt-dialed my friend, Lets call him "A". So I quickly hung up and my ex, We'll call him "C", texts me asking why I called "A". I said it was none of his busness. It was nothing but an accident. He then randomly sends me a picture of a girl and says "Ive upgraded majorly from you." I got too mad, so I blocked him. He made me moody the rest of the work night. Now Im overthinking it and I don't know what to do. Please help!

How did "C" know you dialed "A"?
As near as I can analyze this, "C" somehow felt threatened or hurt by you calling "A" and felt the need to strike back at you. It sounds like you and "C" are not over each other yet. Since he is an "EX", make him more of an EX and discount his thought on this matter.
