Being home alone

i hate being home alone the room it self sorta speaks to me and the silence of the house makes me think makes me think about my sister my mistakes it makes me think about hurting myself it gives me the feeling of being down constant it gives me anxiety so I'm stuck in my room pacing and seeing images of where my sister would sit and and just shake after my dad was done with her and I just I feel so helpless still thinking I wasn't able to defend her and that I was a coward for not trying god why do I think this much maybe my dads right maybe life's not meant for me....

Oh lord no, you are worth everything, more than anyone can imagine. In respect, I think your father is wrong.. You made it this far and keep going. I know it is hard. I don't completely know what happened, but obviously it was not anything good. With your sister, do not beat yourself up about it.. it was not your fault and you are not a coward. You had the courage to come here and post your feelings. So I want you to know that I am praying for you, and even though I don't know you that well, for some reason I have faith that you will make it through.

I don't know you but I can tell you are a sweetheart. Nothing is your fault. Children can't protect their siblings from their parents. I'm sure you did the best you could even, so. I don't know your age but it sounds like you need to talk to someone. Please don't hurt yourself. As Isa said, you had the courage to come here and post your feelings...that's a great step. I, too, have faith you will make it through. I'm praying you'll make it through and get the help you need. Keep posting here...There are a lot of people that you can reach out to.
