Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
People I know are all busy "living" their lives, doing things with others, enjoying their favorite pastimes/hobbies, whatever.
That was me once up a time in a land far away.
Have you talked to your dr. about what's going on? It sounds like your meds aren't quite making it.
At least, as I recall, you were on some type of med(s) and had a therapist.
Weekends are worse for me because I know folks can't say they're tired from a long day at work or their kids & school as reasons they no longer connect with me.
I know they're able to get out there and relax and actually enjoy something.
I'm so very sorry you're feeling this way. Try to just take one breath at a time, don't compare yourself to others, that'll just make you feel worse which you already know though.
You are you,, and I believe you are doing the best you can in your here and now with what you have.
Just maybe, one of the folks in your real world will give you a call just to say hi if nothing else. I hope so, anyway.
One breath, one minute, one hr. at a time, we will get through the day.
Peace & gentle hugs........
Everybody loves home grown tomatoes. They are easy to grow, but only a few people grow them. I grow them, they are really tastey, and it is something that sets me apart from almost all my neighbors.
So what is your tomato crop? What can you do that makes YOU feel good? (To heck with everybody else.)
