try getting new friends or consider a new school. But remember not to push urself too hard cuz some people may take advantage of you. Ignore the bullshit and stay away from those kind of people. And dont let them bully you. Cuz it will not end well and you will gain lots of pressure, trust me

I'm so sorry people give you such a bad time. It's perfectly normal to dread having to see people that you know will be mean to you. If it didn't bother you, then you'd be something other than normal. Do you have at least one friend at school? Is it possible to go a different school? One thing that used to work with me sometimes: when someone tried to bully me or call me a name, I'd say something really sarcastic like, "Oh right, like I'm really afraid of you." After awhile, the bully would back down. But sometimes nothing worked, or more to the point I felt so withdrawn I could not even try to defend myself. Does your school have counseling services? I will pray for you, and though I'm sure you're heard this a million times, school really does come to an end. Best of luck with today.

I actually had to recently let go of my only good friend because she wasnt the same anymore because of her new boyfriend that she cant see past.. But thank you ALL for your support it truly means a lot that there are at least some people that care.

I was bullied plenty. It only ever stopped when I fought back and showed them that I wasn't afraid of them. This worked every time. If you are in high school, stand up to them and say I'm not taking your shit anymore. If you are in college, seriously bullying happens in college? Ugh. I'd still try that then take it up the chain. Taking it up the chain in HS never worked for me but I was in HS before people knew how bad bullying can be. At least they are starting to get it now. Talk to a dean or school councelor. Transfer if it is really bad.

It's not easy but you can refuse to take the crap someone dishes out. Think of yourself as better than that. What someone else does is on them. What do you do is your only responsibility. You stay busy doing what's right and standing up for yourself. Just walk away from some people at times like you don't even care what they do. If you need to, get a teacher or school counselor involved. Refuse to be constantly living with the feeling of dread. If you lost one friend, make another one. You're not limited by that other friend who is acting differently. Feel free to friend me if you want. Sorry you're having such a hard time.

Thank you all. My mom is thinking about moving and sending me to a different school soon. Im kind of with the idea but at the same time im scared. This next year will be my last year of high school so im still deciding if i want to start all over. Im branching out to other people to make new friends which is a little difficult with my anxiety but ill get there! <3
