Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Love you lots. XOXO... MandieyNtshingilation...
To be quite honest I've ALWAYS had trouble dealing with this shit BUT,as I make progress in my own recovery and grieving process, certain areas cease to be a problem while others continue to be! The ones that are no longer a problem are no longer a problem because I've used a technique called "chair therapy",afterwards(even though it still took awhile) I forgave them, and I released them to my H.P.. The pain, though,NEVER(fully) goes away BUT I've learned how to deal with it and how to live with it! Do I do it perfectly? HELL NO!!! I'm just as human as anybody else here which means there are times where I falter and I fail and the pain overwhelms(and swamps) me BUT I NEVER allow myself to permanently give up!
For I know my worth,I know that(even though I'll NEVER have a home here on earth) I'll ALWAYS have one in the home of my H.P.,and that my H.P. will make those who need to pay pay and that He can do it FAR better than I EVER could!!! NO ONE WILL ESCAPE HIS JUSTICE!!!
P.S.:H.P.-Higher Power
P.P.S.: I've started journals that give an insight into my struggles and ALL that I've overcome and am still overcoming! I did this 50% for myself and 50% for newcomers who've had,one or more, similar situations.
I don't know whether you have or not BUT,even if you haven't, one(or more) of them might make you feel less alone.
Lots of encouragement and hugs!!:)
