I haven't felt the need to share in a while, but I really NEED support today. Yet, again, I got called in the office for minor things, some my fault and some they just blame me. They seemed genuinely concerned about me, knowing that the things that happened were right around my pretrial date. I just don't know how to please this woman...jobs are hard to come by, esp what I do. I am targeted and sooo on edge now, I am so afraid of screwing up badly. I actually needed a Xanax today, which I never take. I dont' even know where to begin. I have been looking for a new job, my house is prolly going to be going on the market, Aidan is super sad and a mess...I am such a mess, I feel like I did 3 years ago when all this started. I felt I got blindsided at work, and should have been made away before the super went to my director. She and others have made mistakes and I never say a thing, let alone go to my director. IDK, maybe bc I am quiet at work they feel like they can push me around. I know you aren't therapists....I just need someone that knows the intensity of divorce to understand all I have on my mind. I am so beside myself, today, and it took a lot for me to write this...maybe bc I feel so helpless. So helpless. Thank you for listening.

I know at this time it is overwhelming, so dang overwhelming!
The stress all around, wears on you, and becomes a huge underlying stressor, which can turn into PTSD. Just read up on it, as I was helping my friends' daughter complete a Psych Final. So after 3 long crazy, fricken years, it does catch up with you. For some, it would only take a few months to a y ear, but it gets bad.
Then the job scenario, just exacerbates the issues more, and you feel even more under the fricken magnifying glass. I went thru that too, marital issues, then job issues. And the injustice you speak of I know very well. YOu keep your mouth shut when they screw up, but heaven forbid,should you mess up, it's a huge deal.
Yes, maybe being a bit quiet, due to your mind being on overload, and depression, and stress, they interpret you differently, like you are not one to speak up! And I know you hated like hell to even post this! I know ya girl, ya hated like hell! But, nonetheless you did, and i hope you get some support! I really hope and pray you do. The only problem is, as you frequent this place less, you realize all the newbies, who don't know ya, and only a few of us linger around for the 2-3 year mark.
But, hun, I am with you in my thoughts. And my offer still holds. If you feel the need to call. you have my number, and also can email me with any specific urgent needs. I just pray you get a little peace amongst all the stressors. One thing, if ya didn't need this job so direly, or didn'thave kids, but we can't change that, right now.
We just have to take a huge deep breath, and wind down, in your off hours. I still am amazed at your state, but now I've heard where several states have closed down courts, due to the lack of funds, so this may start becoming rampant in the whole US.
In chicago, for example, they are discussing tossing out the concept of arresting folks for minor pot possession, due to the courts dockets being so full. They are discussing not even making it a misdemeanor, but just a ticket or a fine. So the courts are super back logged, My sis is over 15 months, and they both want it badly. So very sorry! I wish I could do more! I really do!
Jumping off a bridge won't help. My mind goes there when I'm in deep pain, but it's like an escape fantasy for me. Try to remember all the people who love and need you.
