I'm trying not to dish out any cliches, but please know that there is always a way out that involves living.

What you are feeling is temporary. I have been there. You never feel like it is going to end. It takes courage but reach out and get some help. I am on an antidepressant and talked to a therapist, too. It made all the difference in the world. You are here for a reason. You can help others get well when you feel better. I held onto a hope rock for months because I had no hope. People on this website care and want to help each other.
