I have so much to do...that I don't know what to do...I know what I HAVE to do...but I don't want to do it!!!!.....none of it....so I feel guilty...cause I don't do what I need to do yet I don't have any desire to do it!!!!
GOD!...that really is crazy...is this what depression and anxiety is? ...and why can't I just get over it!!!!? ...and just do it!!!!? why is this so effing hard?
I need to go visit my mom...go take care of a phone fuck up...pick up my Rx refill...go to my mom's house and take care of her things...but I don't want to do any of it...I just don't have the energy...and never mind the things i HAVE TO do for myself...I don't want to do them either!!!!
Is this another panic attack coming on or what? GOD...this shit sucks!!!!

I saw a counselor last tues...and she told me to stop being so hard on my self and take time to do something for me...and I just can't...cause I feel bad...if I am not doing what I am supposed to be doing to take care of everyone else...but I can't ...especially my mom, cause she is just suffering and I can't do anything about it...
I used to ride my motorcycle to calm down...I love riding...but I haven't ridden my bike in years...it's just sitting there...in my back yard...needs a little work...but i don't want to do that either...as much as I like it...GOD...I just don't know what to do with these damn feelings...I don't remember this emotional ever...I'm not an emotional person...but ...
I just don't know....and I am just rambling...this crap doesn't even make sense to me...sorry to bother you...I'll just submit this and go do NOTHING!..................

Dude, I'm not going to bore you with lame-assed cliche platitudes: "one foot in front of the other", etc. --- REALLY?, although at least that person WAS kind enough to respond, unlike doubtless hundreds of other passers-by on this site.
