Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
You seem to be in the same condition as last week. Have you tried getting help, especially from your grown kids? Just as you mentioned that they are nice, good parents, I believe they will be the ones who can help you most if you are nearby. And as I suggested last week, please don’t be too shy in going to people from churches who might be able to help you. Its ironic, but your fear of not finding a job might eventually keep you from getting a job.
So again, Cheese, please be a bit more confident and get help from your kids, churches or any government agency. It takes one courageous step to get to the next one. Can you manage to ask a neighbor to give you a ride to a church or government agency? My old mother sought help in a church and someone volunteered to give her a ride. When you find someone who can drive you, ask them to help you go to an agency that helps people in need. Most churches know where you should go. Then maybe hey can even get in touch with your kids. You need to ask, Cheese, and the sooner you do it, the better, so that your problems can be solved one by one.
I hope that you can give us better news next time.
Thank you all very much.
