I had exactly the opposite situation, my mother said she wanted nothing to do with me. After more than a decade I have healing and a better understanding of what caused my mother to behave that way.
When I read your post I prayed for guidance, that there might be some small thing I can share to help you and your daughter. God answered with two things.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." Prov 3:5

Some things take time, so take a breath and be still. And do give us an update on how you are doing so we can pray more specifically for your needs and those of your daughter. My physical therapist says that's my strength, praying for people.
