I get distracted easy.
I have found that most doctors are diagnosing add and adhd as the same now. The last center I worked at I had a child with adhd with odd attachment. I also had another with clinical depression and adhd. My daughter we have to not only look for adhd but bipolar disorder and depression. ADHD and depression can go hand in hand. Children express depression in a different way then adults do. Depressive episodes do not last forever. Most doctors will tell you it lasts about six to nine months after an adjustment has been made to the chemicals in the brain by medication. I hope this helps.
