Hi folks I know I don't come here much anymore. Lately I have been doing well. I still am doing well and getting my life sorted out on my terms. What I'm here for now is for those of you that can spare some extra positive energy and maybe a prayer too . My buddy that I've worked with for over 23 years has a terrible situation right now. His name is Clay. Clay and his brother have had type 1 diabetes all their lives. I guess that is what caused his brother to have a pretty bad stroke. Jason is Clay's younger brother. He's a well known veterinarian here in town. Jason's immediate family consists of wonderfull young wife and I think his little boy is only like four. They really need him to be as fully recovered as possible. Two days ago a helicopter landed on Clay's back pasture to get to Jason who lives behind him. He was airlifted to Tampa General Hospital with a serious bleed on the right side of his brain. He showed some signs of being alert but now is when the swelling can be bad. Please if you can , send some positive energy and prayers for Jason and Clay's family. And of course for Jason to recover as best as is possible. Thank you in advance for your awesome help. My buddy and his brother really need as much help as possible. Thanks again so very much.

I'm sorry to hear that! Very tough situation! I had a friend who was drunk and ran off the highway and slammed a huge tree. He lived through it, but it was intense for a few weeks! I'll say a prayer for them.

Hi sweetie.

I'm so so sorry that Jason has had a stroke. I know how scary this must be for everyone. I am praying that Jason has a full recovery. I am keeping Jason and his wife and family and ofcourse Clay in my thoughts and prayers. Prayers for you too, I know how upsetting this is for you. Love you sweetie.

I am so sorry to hear about your friend. :
You definitely have my prayers and good positive thoughts.
I had a small stroke this year, it was out of the blue, and after almost three months of PT and aspirin I am almost recovered.
I pray he will also have a full recovery. My PT told me of very bad cases that came out just fine. I wish and pray for that for your dear friend.

Update : Poor Jason is still fighting but is worse. He now has severe pneumonia. They had to drain fluid from his lungs today. Now he is on a ventilator. I talked with his brother who is my old shift buddy when I was working. Clay told me his family and he are physically and mentally exhausted. So please keep those prayers going. Thank you again for your compassion . You folks are the best.
