Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Be strong.

Ie you get through the day's chores for the child. If you're doing that, you're not going backwards.
1. Let go of the diet.
2. Let go of the boyfriend and his baggage. Not your circus. Not your monkeys. Let it go, he has his own growth to do just as you do.
3. Don't think about home at work. Just forget it.
4. Don't think about work at home. Just forget it. Deal with it down the track when you are stronger.
When you have depression you have to cull everything back to the bare necessities of getting through days. Getting the minimum achieved, even though you don't want to get out of bed.
Make sure you have nana naps when you can.
Make sure you have a set of chores you are promising yourself you will do. I bribed myself: 'I will do cleaning in the ads of this show." Amazing what you can do in the ads.
Get outside the house once a day, even if it's only to sit in the back yard.
If your child is at school: use his school time to lie in bed malingering if you can. Arrange your chores around when he is home from school. I found I could do the chores when I was not alone but couldn't do them when alone.
That's all I got. :D other than that, if the drugs don't help slowly wean off them - but you must get a counsellor! :) Someone you trust and respect. Shut your eyes and think of who you would ever listen to. Get someone like that. Someone you will be respectful of and take seriously, and can trust. That makes all the difference. :)
I M ALSO ON ABILIFY.
