I think the question is: do you want a sex drive right now? I found it quite restful not having one for a while. Men stopped being an important feature in my life, I could let go of the idea of relationships and love, and just do my own thing.

It was liberating.

different ...meds ...afect people ..diferantly ....some meds will be good for some one and not for some one else ......what is important right now ..is getting you up ...later on ..after ...if you want to Chang meds you always can ....take care ..God bless

bridgie101, yes, I do because I've been in a relationship for 5 1/2 years. I love my boyfriend. My boyfriend was with someone for 20 years who had zero sexual interest and zero sex drive without meds. She would have sex to appease him. It has nothing to do with men being an important part of my life. It has everything to do with being with the love of my life, that once person.

I was on Zoloft with no side effects but like others said, everyone is different. Best thing is to just give it a try. Sounds like you have a good relationship with your doc, and that's important. I'm sure she'll work with you if you have side effects. Best of luck. Keep us posted!

I do hope this new pill works better for you. I had wellbutrin and I loved it.

I am currently on Welbuterin and I am in a happy place a lot...but times when no $$ in my bank accounts I crawl into sewer and sleep all day.....ugggh
