My journal entry from this morning were words that I wrote many years ago. For the first time, I let my wife read them. Somehow the whole conversation afterward devolved into how I don't parent my daughter and how my daughter was so inexcusably bad that my step daughter never wants to see her again and how my life doesn't like her. My daughter barely talked to them through a dinner two weeks ago for which they were 40 minutes late and she'd already been talked out. She is 11, a kind, gentle kid with lots of friends and an excellent grades. I won't see her as evil. I love my wife...

With all due respect I started reading your journal and had to stop so I could reply here first....
You are a WONDRFUL father as you are actually asking for help!!!! you Current wife is not acting like a mature loving adult....here is why (in my opinion ofcourse)
1. How dare she put any ill thoughts in your head against your young little girl....
2. You get to spend time with your daughter....your current wife should be loving and supportive and helpful, NOT hurtful, hateful, and demanding....
Straight forward man....YOUR daughter needs to come first not your ADULT wife that acts more like a child then your own child does.
I am soooo sorry for my bluntness..but I was so excited to read your journal entry about how much you enjoyed your little girl at dinner and her gabbing on about HAnah..... then you went home to that????? UGGGG am I sorry for your daughter....
Please stand by your daughter, she needs her dad!!! and your wife sounds like she needs Therapy
