I made a terrible mistake moving to a very small town. I'm not welcome and I found out it's because I didn't grow up here and I'm not related to anyone. It's a very lonely life. I cannot find the right medical care I need so much. I don't have a car anymore, I can't get out and walk because of the dogs. There is no leash law here and these dogs will and have bitten people, even children. Just walking to my mailbox can be a threat. I just don't know what to do anymore. My disabilities along with the isolation is about more than I can stand. The constant pain, the sadness and being completely alone is not much of a life. I've prayed so much these past three years and things just keep getting worse instead of better. It's hard to feel anything anymore. So please, say a prayer for me.

Oh no...this is horribly sad :(.
I will pray for you....Anyway to move back eventually or somewhere else?

I am so sorry, that you are in so much distress. Praying for the Lord to bless you with prosperity, healing, peace, contentment, joy, happiness, and a life filled with friends that love you for you are not where you came from. For you to feel Gods love like never before, for you to know that He is always with you. His word says in Hebrews 13:5 I will never leave you, nor forsake you. Stand on that promise, claim it in Jesus name every day. Continue to pray even though it doesn't look like anything is happen in the natural realm God is still working in the spiritual realm.
1Thessalonians 5:17 says pray continually. Don't give up focus yourself on God and He will help you. Hugs to you.

Welcome to Daily Strength! I was deeply moved by your story. I can understand your difficulties in your small town for I have been in similar straits. I moved to a real small town when I was a young child and was ostracized and teased and bullied since I was an outsider. Later as an adult I moved to another small town and found it too clannish. I deal with physical pain (sounds like yours is much worse) and severe depression also. I live out in the country and can't drive and am alone a lot of the time so I can relate to your feelings of isolation. I strongly encourage you to stick around ds and cultivate relationships here. No, it doesn't take the place of face to face friends but it is on many days the only thing that keeps me going. Here you can be a blessing to others who are hurting and in turn receive encouragement and support. Please keep praying for often it is darkest just before the dawn. I will send you a friend request and do my best to lend a helping hand. Please know your story is not falling on callous ears and I will be praying for you.

I hope you can move to another area. I know about the small town "mentality" of being clannish with no opportunities to find friends or things to do. I'm in the same sort of situation now only not as bad as what you're experiencing. I often feel isolated, depressed, and I suffer from physical pain also but your pain sounds a lot more severe than mine. I will be thinking and praying for you, Alflower. I pray for better opportunities to come your way.

I CAN RELATE TO THE "NO LEASH " LAW.
MY NEIGHBORS DOG BIT 9 CHILDREN AND ALSO MY HUBBY B4 MY COUNTY PASSED A LEASH LAW.
IT IS BETTER NOW.
THEN MY NEIGHBORS DOGS STARTED DIGGING UNDER MY FENCE 2 GET 2 MY DOGS WHO LIVE INSIDE.
WHEN I REPORTED IT 2 ANIMAL CONTROL, A NEIGHBOR STEPPED UP 4 MY NEIGHBOR AND SAID I WAS LURING THE DOGS ONTO MY PROPERTY. LOLOLOLOLOL
THE NEIGHBOR THAT LIED IS NOW DEAD.
WHEN I GOT MY BRAIN SURGERY ANIMAL CONTROL WENT TO MY NEIGHBOR AND THREATENED HIM WITH AN ARREST.
HE NOW IS VERY VERY CAREFUL ABOUT HIS DOGS LEAVING HIS PROPERTY BECAUSE IF I TRIPPED ON HIS BIG DOGS HE AND ANIMAL CONTROL WOULD B FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE 4 MY INJURIES OR DEATH.
I WALK IN MY YARD NOW.............................

Prayers going up. I sure can relate. The loneliness is a different type of pain. I feel an absolute hole right through my gut.

Any chance of moving?
