Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Have you talked to your Dr about your meds and how they're affecting you? It can be frustrating waiting for them to work and/or finding the right combo. Try to take them the same time every day so it becomes almost routine.
I hope you start to feel better; take one day at a time. Think how far you have come from cutting yourself. Congrats on being clean from that for a year! That's a big accomplishment.

steady state in your brain. If you feel its not working , talk to your doc
about switching. Make it a habit to take your meds just after breakfast
or at bedtime so you establish a regular pattern.
