I've been depressed since the early 90s. I've been on all kinds of meds, combinations, therapy, I've tried. I've really tried to get better. I just turned 51. I've only left my room for minutes at a time for months now. Nothing works. Nothing gets better. I don't know if I can take this for much longer.

I recently heard a great 2007 song the other day, "Falling Slowly" because it popped up in my newsfeed, accompanied by the sad news that the male singer, Glen Hansard, just died in a motorcycle accident. for you and the longer it goes on the worse it feels (in my experience).
I will pm you. I feel like I have a lot in my heart to give and would
love to make a new friend,
