I got fired, unjustly, from my job! I have been working for almost 30 years and never been fired, it was all a set up. I was lied on by a subordinate and the owner of the company believed them, although I had documentation which proved differently. I thought about legal action, but as you know, companies have more money and resources than we do. I have some health issues and I am losing my hair--along with my mind.....To top it off, I learned that my fiancee' has been cheating on me for 3 years! I want to end the relationship, but she has all this stuff at my house-plus she has "career criminals" in her family and I am concerned about that.I feel so terrible....I have thought of just ending it all.

Thats a lot for anyone to cope with even with help around but the good news is, there are solutions, some easy, some painful. I have been down a similiar road but I bounced back but not without help. I made a list of priorities and slowly worked down that list untill my new goals were met. As long as the sun rises each morning and you have air in your lungs, you too can get through this.

I have had the same thing happen to me when someone a lies about you. It's not a good feeling and it will all come back on them eventually. I'm sorry about your fiance. Just pack up all their stuff and set it out. You don't need that.

wow that is a lot to get hit with all at once. Where companies do have more money and can string out a court battle for a while, a lot of times the "little guy" still wins. If you have all your documentation and all the evidence that you were wrongfully terminated, and if the attorney you choose sets it up correctly it is possible you could win the case. All depends on if you are willing to take it on. The loss of hair may be caused by some medications. Propecia aka Finasteride, may help, however you have to be on it a very long time. One thing to consider though is that there are a lot of people out there who have lost their hair and some look really good without it. I just thought I would throw that out there. Like you I tried to stay fit, very fit, I ended up having a knee injury in the military and now the idea of being as fit as I was is little more than a dream. So I can relate to the self image issues associated with that, you just have to realize that what you look like doesn't change who you are. On the fiance front, I have to agree you should end it, "stuff" can be replaced, and you don't want to live in the situation you are in forever. As for the carreer criminals. There are restraining orders you can get to deal with that. Ultimately if she is cheating, I don't see why they would do anything. None the less taking precautions is not a bad idea. Not sure if any of this helps, but hopefully it did.
