I just wanted to add a note of caution to anyone who has trouble with depression. Be very careful when taking the drug Lyrica. It can cause suicidal thoughts and worsening depression with those who all ready suffer with the illness.

Be sure to know of the side effects when taking any new drug. Especially those drugs that can cause depression.

I have tried Lyrica twice. Once 8 yrs ago and again last month. Both times I got severely depressed.

I take Lyrica and it works for my neuropathy but I have trouble staying awake. I sit down to watch TV and i wake up an hour or two later any one else have that problem?

I stay sleepy all the time. I can't take less mg or the pain comes back.

Thank god I got off Risperdal when I did. I started growing breasts!

Just kidding. It's listed as a potential side effect, but it only gave me man boobs.
