Places to look for where they maybe held and mostly free in your area are local town hall or local library. community centres etc. Also ask your your mental health team if they know of anything running. The net is also a good place to look but often the courses advertised cost an arm and a leg.

Because, at the end of the day, you are a beautiful creation separate from expectations. What you are is what you are suppose to be. It's all the crap along the way that ate at your thoughts of yourself, and who's to say that crap was any good in the first place?
I have low self - esteem. But, lately, I just wanna have fun and feel good damnit. :-)
