Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I am also grateful for the internet, because it showed me how to store and thaw black beans.
Oh, and I'm thankful for my brain. My brain has gotten me out of some pretty sticky situations.
I did something similar to this when I was depressed. I would ask myself every night before I went to sleep if anything I did that day made my life better.

May we never forget.
I try to educate myself on everything I can when it comes to fighting depression.
I have tried the gratitude list before but got real down again. I am trying it again....only this time...I am focusing on positive thoughts and positive energy.
There is much that is negative when it comes to depression....If I can just change one negative thought per day.....I am working towards change.
We have to keep trying and together......we will win this battle.
