check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

God Bless
Do I like the way it makes me feel? ... Nope.
I actually have no feelings...I don't care about anything or anyone... Honestly nothing make me feel good...except maybe sleep...because if I am sleeping I'm not thinking...and if I'm not thinking...I'm not not feeling...I know I should have some sort of feelings but honestly I don't...unless you count anger and frustration...because I do have those feelings and then I end up having an anxiety attack...which I don't like and does not feel good...so there.
My answer to both of your question is NOPE!
Now let me ask you this: Why?
you have to figure yourself out.
I can give you a couple of pointers though:
You're very angry and I think cross the line from assertive to aggressive. You're angry and you think someone should show up and fix all your stuff. Nobody is going to. This is your life: you have to unpack it, find out what you are doing wrong. You are doing something wrong. That's your first premiss. If you lose the game of monopoly it's because you're doing it wrong. If you burn the cake it's you doing something wrong.
If you have depression, you're doing something wrong. But what? Well that's the $64,000 question isn't it. and it can take ages to find the answer. We all have to hunt for the answer, but we are responsible for finding it. If we go to doctors and ask for a pill, they'll just throw pills at us whether it fucks our endocrine or our body or what. If we go to counsellors and tell them we're hard done by the'll shuffle us along to someone who can tune that out and take the money.
But if we hunt inside ourselves, with the primary premiss that there's a card we haven't got, an idea we don't know, a technique we haven't learned... well then we're half-way home. Because then we start asking real questions, and we start investigating our own motives. And then if we have a counsellor we start asking that counsellor for real clues and real ideas. And then they give them to us.
Nobody will give us that kind of insight if we don't look willing to take it on board. They will just keep mouthing the platitudes and taking our money.
So yeah. Why right back at you.
