Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

And if you ever need anyone to talk to I am here for you.
Yes, taking it moment by moment is good. Maybe there will be bad days but also good or somewhat better ones. So you ARE still taking meds? Have you thought about having them adjusted? Not just increased or added to but maybe a decrease... it could be too much. I personally felt worse on meds and it took me a LONG time to get that resolved for different reasons. My body is really sensitive to that stuff. Are you in therapy?
I also understand not knowing what to believe. I lost my faith of 20 sum years a couple years ago...I won't go into that now but letting you I can relate...
I'm still on meds. My doctor actually increased one of them about a month ago, and changed one of them. I'm having feelings of not wanting to be on them, but at the same time scared I might be worse than where I am now. I'm still trying to get a therapist.
OK. It might just take some time to sort through everything you're going thru. I hope counseling will be helpful for you.
So true! I super agree
