I'm tired of being alone. M-F I feel fine cause i'm at work and 8 hours of socialization is enough but then the weekend hits and I'm miserable. All of my friends are in a "couple" so they can only spend time with me M-Thursday. So that means I'm on my own.
My single friends just want to drink and party - and although that's occasionally fun - its not what I like to do all the time.
So most of the time I'm stuck at home doing nothing.
I'm just so sad - I've tried online dating but I haven't met anyone so far. I just want to feel like someone wants to hang out with me...

My sons are near your age, they are having the same problems. B is 25, bi-polar with ADHD and OCD and a 3 yr old son. He was diagnosed 2 years ago and has finally hit on a good combination of meds. He is also a recovering Alcholic, 6 months last week. So proud of him now. We've all been through a lot.
My youngest T is 22 with low self esteem, 2 part time jobs, over weight with a heart of gold. I love them so much it makes me cry to see them lonely.
But I've told them that their time will come. They have to concentrate on making themselves fullfilled, not wait for someone else to help them. Then the right one will come along.
