I think about it everyday - first thing when I wake up..my hope is that I get in some freak accident or that I find myself in a life/death situation..

Whenever I can remember my dreams, I seem to have dreams about wanting to kill myself A LOT. Sometimes, the dreams aren't so direct and require further interpretation. However, my dreams aren't only about the desire to kill myself; at the same time, they express the fear of hurting my family if I was to kill myself. This conflict often manifests itself in my dreams in some way. I think about killing myself 24/7. However, I have never attempted and probably never will because I couldn't do that to my family.

My brain is completely dead right now due to medical reasons and I can't offer you much insight on your dream.

I've dreampt of suicide plenty of times.. I remember the scariest dreams were back in high school when I dreampt about jumping off of cliffs..

HAVE had dreams of falling from a high place, and, right when I splat, I wake up. The falling wasn't voluntary though. I didn't jump off something. I simply fell for no reason.

I think of the brain as a computer, it remembers everything you tell it and during dreams it tries to purge your subconsciousness. I have some nasty nightmares, but usually they are ones of fighting to stay alive. They get so bad sometimes my family has to wake me up. Scares me to death. Sometimes I am to scared to go back to sleep. I am sorry you feel this way not only in life but in your dreams too. I hope you get some peace in both..

I've dreamt of being murdered, and was disappointed when I woke up to the same shitty life. I think about suicide all the time too. It's like a secret that I can't tell anyone in real life - only here on DS. Consciously tho I would prefer to die in my sleep - peacefully. I pray for that every night.

I almost never dream directly of killing myself. I have to think carefully about my dream and interpret it, and I will come to the conclusion that it's a suicide dream, not fitting maxheadroom's interpretation, in my case. I have a few ideas to expand on that interpretation, but they are likely to be inaccurate as my brain is 3-4 times more dead compared to what it was yesterday.

Well, walking into a high crime area with a wad of money with the intention of getting killed, well, it shows that this is your intention, and that youre putting forth an effort.

I would say that youre putting forth an effort for a change of some sort, maybe healing, maybe changing something about yourself or your situation, etc. Im not sure if the guilt thing would apply in this case. However, like I said, my brain is absolute crap right now, and what I say is probably not very reliable.

Im also thinking about other stuff regarding your dream, but I am unsure of its accuracy. Descriptive dreams are easier to interpret and can be interpreted in more detail, rather than the insufficient possible interpretation I provided you with. Plus, its also easier to interpret dreams when Im not so messed up
