I have a doctors appointment at 10. It's just with my GP but I'm worried what he's gonna say/do.
I'm pretty manic today, I've convinced myself that he's gonna send me over to the psychiatrist to get me locked up:(
I'm so tempted not to go but i know I have to go because i'm having difficulty with my breathing

Its going to be hard but you know you have to go and that now is as good a time as any. Take it slow but make sure you go.

well he might suggest you speak with someon if your breathing is from manic or panic attacks. but I dont think they will lock you up. Unless you tell them you think you need to be.

You can do it! Don't even worry about it, it'll only make you more panicky. Just go, get it done, treat yourself to something small for going, and then have a nap. :) (hugs)

they can't stick you in a psyche ward for feeling a bit off if that were true most of great britain would be stuck in the loony bin! FUCK i'd never see the light of day mwhahahahhhaahahaha

fingers crossed for you. I HATE going to the doctors and having to describe my symptoms... it is however the best thing for us to do. Good luck honey.

I have been locked as you say for six weeks the frist few day was hard after that it got easy because everyone els in there with me were just like me it helped me a lot when it was time to come back to the real world I didn't want to

I was all freaky about going to my GP the first time too. But I got all stressed at work and put 2 slashes in my wrist with my razor blade I use to keep in my purse. No one noticed, but it showed me that whatever my doc was going to do, it had to be better than cutting myself to ribbons.
