Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

It doesn't make any sense. We should all be able to feed, shelter and clothe ourselves with plenty of sleep at night.

1. Be prepared. Know your strengths, makeup a weakness that is really a strength. Be prepared for basic questions. Buy an interview book and practice. The more you practice the more prepared you are and the more confident you will be.
2. You can approach the interview one of two ways.
- Doubt yourself and worry about what other people may be thinking about you. You will lose the job before you even interview.
- Or for that moment, be confident and do your best. All you can do is your best. Do not think anything negative. Worst that can happen is that you don't get the job. This is surely the best option. And keep trying. You will get better. It worked for me.
Hope this helps a little.
