I've had depression as far back as I can remember. I have had moments, days and years of feeling tired and done! Its a hard lonely sad place to be. I totally am with you about 'I dont even know what to say'. Gosh I dont know how many times i've been around that bend. But there is a but or a turn about in every bend, every emotion is temporary! and I cant tell you how long each emotion lasts, But they do change! Sending you a smile, a hug and hope i gave you the encouragement to move some if not all the clouds away.
