i took a trial run to find where my interview is tomorrow and I got lost. It is far. Im going to cancel, feel like a total loser. I dont think i will be able to do that long drive everyday anyway, i get nervous driving. THats it, just wanted to share :(

Please don't cancel...... Is there anyway you could buy or borrow a GPS? Once you make the trip a few times, it won't be so bad.

Don't cancel...Just go through with the interview. Interviews are good practice for the next one that you may really really want. At least wait until you get an offer to make a decision not to take it. After all, you already know you may not want this job because of the distance. That means you have an upper hand here! And if you don't get an offer from them, you lose nothing because you're on the fence about it anyway. Please just go through with the interview...you may come away from it thinking you definitnely don't want the job OR something unexpected may happen and it will turn out to be something great. You just never know...just do it. :)

I agree with WallyBear and ljha. A GPS would keep you from getting lost, and eventually you'll learn the way. Also, it's good practice for other interviews.

How far is it? Are you sure it isn't worth it? My dad has to travel extremely far everyday to his office and to check up on job sites since he is one of the bosses. My mom used to have to drive extremely far for her job, too. Can you consider it and ask yourself if it is worth it? For my parents, it was worth it as mostly everyone in my small town has to travel many miles to the next town for a good job.
