I see on your profile that you say Paxil isn't working. You know there are many other options, keep trying there's still many chances out there for you! Different medications, maybe a different therapist? Have you thought of trying cognitive behavioural therapy? I found it so helpful in dealing with my suicidal thoughts.
You're so young and even though you may not feel it right now there is still so much potential and strength inside you. You just need a push in the right direction?
You say you hate yourself? What makes you hate yourself? Make a list? Do these things even make sense or is your brain telling you lies?
What is good about you? do some soul searching because I know you have a lot of beautiful qualities, everyone does. Hang on to them, remember them.

You do understand that it's just a feeling, and it WILL pass, I hope? I know it's a very powerful feeling, but you must find a way to get past it.. to get on the other side of it.
There are proven methods of treatments to help you to feel better and have a happier life. If you have not told your parents about your feelings, I think it's time to do so right now.

I need not elaborate; it was pure misery. Not having a choice to chose life and actually physically feeling that my energy was dwindling was beyond disturbing. Even more so than when I actually wanted to end my life. Its easy to make that choice out of very bad days. Feeling like I could not control or chose living was just beyond terror.
Sure, the Remeron made me feel great the first day but the physical side effects may last a life time.
I don't know what to say... Cherish what little you and we collectively have.
