I can't get back to the main board I'm told more people there

You are posting in the 'main board' right now. That is the DEPRESSION 'main board'. DEPRESSION has its main board with 'subcategories' like crisis center and 'off topic' and 'treatments'. The main board is DEPRESSION which you are posting in now.

Thing is, you have posted an ADVICE post .. which is fine. Thing is, most people just post with "Start a Discussion" ... and you chose "Advice". The type of post, (discussion, advice, recommendation) is presented in those categories and START A DISCUSSION is the most used.

Soooo, click DEPRESSION (over to the left, under MY SUPPORT GROUPS), Add Topic, .. select START A DISCUSSION, and post away. You will be fine.
