Depression - Teen Support Group
Teen depression is marked by persistent sadness, discouragement, loss of self-worth, and loss of interest in usual activities. Depression can be a temporary response to many situations and stresses. Teens may be more susceptible to depression due to the normal maturation process, the stress associated with it, and conflicts with parents as they become more independent.
I don't know where to start exactly. You probably won't understand everything unless you know everything about me.
But currently, I'm dealing with a hard school schedule, made extra hard with depression and it's most bothering symptoms, which are headaches, back aches and sleep paralysis. I often cry because of how the day gets with them. Plus, I'm mostly always lonely. It gets to me how lonely I am in terms of not being able to make someone understand my feeling. It's vexing.
