Depression - Teen Support Group
Teen depression is marked by persistent sadness, discouragement, loss of self-worth, and loss of interest in usual activities. Depression can be a temporary response to many situations and stresses. Teens may be more susceptible to depression due to the normal maturation process, the stress associated with it, and conflicts with parents as they become more independent.
well lets just say there, there. However I can tell you one thing for certain you cant bottle it up no matter what, because if you do, one day you'll feel it, all the sadness, all the anger, everything you kept inside will come pouring out. Then the bottle wont break it will shatter. With that shattering bottle comes soothing even worse... the actions you take under the type of emotional stress. I am not telling you this to scare you I'm telling you so you don't wined up like me... Find something or someone to talk to you can talk to. Heck I talk to my dogs all the time =]
and if you need to talk really bad and you have no one else to talk to I'm here I want you to know I want any one I talk to, to know that there not alone.
(sorry if this was a little wordy but I wanted people to know this =])
